VXDIAG VCX SE DoIP is a multi-brand interface managed through VX Manager. The installed brand licence determines which OEM driver component is available, so setup must match both the hardware serial number and the licence purchased with the device.
Download VX Manager
Use the current VX Manager package from the VXDIAG manufacturer/support channel or the verified order download. Avoid old driver collections: VX Manager controls firmware, licences, PassThru components and brand-specific drivers, and these parts must remain compatible.
VXDIAG VCX SE installation
- Close all OEM diagnostic applications and older VX Manager processes.
- Install the current VX Manager with administrator permission.
- Connect VCX SE directly by USB/USB-LAN and allow Windows to finish first detection.
- Open VX Manager, select Reconnect and verify the device serial number.
- Check the installed licence before adding a brand-specific driver.
- Update VX Manager first, then device/DoIP firmware only when the manager requires it.
- Install the required PassThru or OEM brand component from VX Manager.
- Open the target diagnostic application and run a communication test.
USB first, Wi-Fi later
Use a wired connection for initial setup, licence verification and firmware updates. After the manager detects VCX SE reliably, configure its supported Wi-Fi/DoIP method. If wireless communication fails, return to USB-LAN before changing the OEM application.
Common VX Manager problems
- No device: test another data cable/port and use Reconnect.
- Brand driver missing: verify that the corresponding licence exists on this serial number.
- Firmware checksum/update error: update VX Manager first and do not use a firmware file from another VCX model.
- DoIP not connected: confirm wired detection, network address and firewall rules.
- OEM application conflict: close other VCI managers and reinstall only the required brand component.
